The company is in its start-up stage and is looking to recruit talented and energetic individuals to fill positions in management, sales and marketing, administration and technical operations.

V.P., Sales and Marketing
We are looking for a professional with high energy and enthusiasm to join the Management Team and provide strategic Sales and Marketing leadership. The individual will drive the growth of this exciting new company.

What You Will Do

• Working with the Business Model, formulate and implement the Marketing strategy
• Put the company and its products on the radar screen of the key target markets within the Recruitment industry
• Build and lead a top notch sales team
• Develop a strategic alliance network with academia and industry
• Establish the plan that would create rapid brand recognition for the Portal
• Be the voice of the company

What You Will Bring

• MBA with 5 years plus Sales and Marketing expertise
• Strong general management credentials with demonstrated success in implementing new Business Model, preferable in a start-up environment
• Managerial experience in the Recruiting industry would be an asset
• Strong boardroom presence

Representative, Post-Secondary Relations
We are looking for a high energy and enthustic individual who can develop and maintain strategic alliances with universities and other educational institutions across Canada.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain alliances with universities, colleges and other educational institutions across Canada
• Coordinate and manage activities for career fairs, info days and other special events
• Strengthen brand awareness at campus-level by actively promoting the Portal
• Initiate and foster partnerships with student associations and other bodies
• Produce media kits for campus newspapers and radio stations

What You Will Bring

• B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Relations, New Age Marketing or Mass Communications.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in recruitment, human resources and career planning
• Involvement in student bodies/associations or experience in advocacy relating to career/employment issues will be a definite asset
• Strong presentational skills together with computer knowledge a must
